"Update 05/24. Matt Tupa responded to the Google review but has yet to reach out to me via phone. Amazing. Great Word Salad.... Also your Office group answered zero of my questions. Also called 5 times and 3 were based on a submitted claim that I had to upload myself. 05/23 When looking for a Quote for Policies, very quick. Recently, had a Home Insurance Claim and I reached out to get some info on my Home Policy Coverages. I asked on items under policy covered. I also asked what is the average time frame claims are process (understanding there will be a gap because the # of people affected) and it was an "I do not know." I ask for someone in the office with the knowledge of the policy and time frame and was not transferred or info taken down to call back. I had, Carla, helping me out which could provide with no information. I asked to talk with Mr. Tupa himself and was not successful. I was not even forwarded to his voice mail as requested. I was just requesting 10 mins as I know the group was busy. Will be transferring Agents as this is not reaching the expectations ."

"Chris, we are sorry you are not having a great experience with your claim. It sounds like you have a good understanding of why its been a frustrating experience with your comment "...because of the # of people affected". That is exactly true. This thunderstorm caused hurricane level damage across Houston and we are doing what we can to reach every one of our customers and assist with their claim. However your review is not accurate in many ways. "...Carla, helping me out which could provide no information". Every question you asked, she came to me (Matt) and we got the answer to you, where we could. Some answers we don't have yet as we are not a claims office and its not possible to provide answers to some of your questions. Your review is also very vague when you reference “knowledge of the policy”, and, “..asked on items under policy”, which leads us to believe you’re just frustrated about the storm and not our office’s particular service. What particular policy questions did we not answer? We have all that info readily available and gave it to you over the phone. Furthermore, we answered every single one of your seven (7) phone calls Wed & Thurs, called you back immediately with an answer or to let you know claims would have to answer a specific question, and provided you with your claims handler contact info. Thank you for your business and please call us with further questions. -Matt"
