"2 years ago when my previous insurance company almost doubled my homeowners premiums I contacted the Matt Tupa State Farm agency and had the very good fortune to be connected to Patrick Bergeron. Patrick was a huge help in getting me the coverage for my home and auto that I needed at a great rate! "Deplorable customer service. Has not returned 5 calls and has screwed up my policy twice."

"Cyrena, our call report shows you called us 4 times since 3/26/25, we answered every call except the one on a Sunday, and three of them were within 12 minutes yesterday (all three were answered with a total of 3 seconds ring time). Matt personally called you immediately when he learned of your issue, then called back a second time with a resolution. We admit we made a mistake, but will always work quick to fix it. And all changes you requested were back-dated to the day you requested it and billing account updated accurately as of this morning. "Screwed up my policy" is an embellishment....especially "twice". Deplorable is not an accurate description of our customer service."
