"Corey, you spoke to one of my licensed representatives both times you called over those 3 days. She immediately contacted the claims department and had your claims handler call you that same day. I personally called you at 7:55pm Wednesday night to help resolve the issue. I also called the claims team manager the next morning and found out the reason your claim has been going on 9 months is you have failed to provide a document that they have been requesting from you repeatedly over the last few months. I understand this is frustrating for you but there are protocols with the claims process and not much we can do without cooperation. I have been in touch with the contractor today to obtain that document myself. If you expected & hoped for poor service from my office and myself, then your 1-star review makes sense. -Matt"

"Karen, I regret that you had a bad experience and felt the need to leave a 1-star review. While we make mistakes sometimes, no one at our agency lied to you about a discount. The specific discount you're referring to was brought up in conversation with you as a potential solution to lowering your premium, but when it was discovered you did not qualify for that discount, you were notified. We have phone records to back this up and I am looking at an email that was sent to you from one of our team members on 8/20/25 explaining that you do not qualify for the discount and why. You were extremely persistent with calls & emails (multiple calls per day some days about the same thing - trying to get a different answer from a different team member) demanding a lower premium. In our team's attempt to help you, that discount was mentioned and we worked with our underwriters trying to get it applied for you. Unfortunately, you did not qualify and were notified multiple times. Some things are out of our control. Secondly, we processed your homeowners insurance cancelation within minutes of receiving the needed document from you. Once again, we are not in control of how quickly your refund is sent, but it was processed and sent to you within 12 business days of your request, which is timely considering you made a special request that required additional review of documentation. Lastly, you were extremely disrespectful to myself and my team, using foul language on almost every call, and losing your cool when you didn't get the answer you wanted. This is not how we do business. -Matt"
